Superfood Parfaits {Gluten-free}

Ingredients

  • 5.3 ounces nonfat plain Stonyfield Organic Greek Yogurt
  • 1- 1 1/2 tsp. raw honey
  • ~2 Tbsp. raspberries
  • ~2 Tbsp. pomegranate arils
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Nature's Path Qi'a Superfood Cereal Cranberry Vanilla

Directions

  1. Add 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons raw honey to the Greek yogurt, depending on how sweet you want it. I just mixed it right in the yogurt cup.
  2. Scoop a little more than half of the yogurt/honey mixture into your glass jar or cup.
  3. Add raspberries, then pomegranate arils (seeds).
  4. Scoop remaining yogurt/honey mixture on top.
  5. Top with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the Qia superfood cereal.
  6. Enjoy immediately or seal and store in fridge overnight or until ready to eat.
