I love your roll recipe. I have been experimenting with my own flour mixes and have come up with one that seems to work very well. Currently have your chocolate chip cookies in the fridge waiting to be baked off. Thank you for sharing your recipes.

Hi - I am new to gluten free, as I was diagnoses with a wheat, and rye intolerance this year and have been avoiding both items, along with most dairy as well. I LOVE you blog as it has made things much easier for me to bake and cookie - thank you for all the lovely receipes you produce.

I was wondering if you have cookbooks you recommend for gluten free and gluten/dairy free. You do not have any posted in your resources. Although this may be beyond your scope and if so I appreciate that as well.

Any additional guidance is appreciated, but in the meantime I will continue using your blog for guidance.
