1 year Blog Anniversary!

Click to share this with your friends or family!

I’ve had the wonderful privilege of sharing my gluten-free recipes, tips, reviews and recommendations here on My Gluten-free Kitchen for 1 year now! Starting this blog was a dream of mine for several years, but I had to wait until my health improved enough so that I could work on it. My health is still up and down, but blogging has been perfect for me, as I can work when I feel well. I couldn’t ask for a better part-time job for me than being a gluten-free food blogger. It is pretty low stress, gives me a reason to bake all I want, and allows me to meet so many people all over the world and share this gluten-free journey with them.

Thank you to all of my readers.

To those of you that are new, welcome, and I hope you’ll stick around and try some yummy recipes!

To all of my faithful readers, thank you for watching for my new posts and clicking like, share, or commenting. I have enjoyed getting to know you virtually, and hope we can meet in real life.

To all of my real-life friends and family, gluten-free or not, that have been supporting me from day one, thank you. Your willingness to share my blog and even pass out my business cards to others has been so encouraging to me. When you tell me that you were sure to do your Amazon shopping after clicking through my blog so I’d earn a little, I’m just floored that you would take the time to do that to support me.

To my new friends in the blogging community, thank you for welcoming me in, for sharing my posts with your readers, and giving me tips along the way.

I appreciate your feedback. In the comments below, please tell me your favorite recipe from my site or one you’d like me to work on!

  1. Happy Anniversary! I love your blog! I just started following you on Pinterest. I am very interested in learning more about a gluten-free lifestyle. It may be the answer to a lot of my health issues. But it will take a kick in the butt to get started. Or a gift package…. Merry Christmas!!!

  2. You have some really great recipes that convert well to neutral gf flour blends and are kid/family friendly. We liked the pull apart rolls so far. I’ve been waiting for your Asian inspired recipes and I got the pie crust to make the pistachio pudding layered dessert…and your cheeseburger chowder/soup is on our menu plan for January! Thanks for all you do!

  3. I love your white cupcake recipe. Sometimes I can’t even wait for the icing …. but that is OK. They are just as good without 🙂

  4. I don’t have a favorite recipe yet as I’m too confused yet to bake since it’s only been a couple weeks since my diagnosis. When I figure things out I can’t wait to try everything haha

  5. I love the Slow Cooker French Dip recipe. That used to be my all time favorite sandwich. So glad to have a GF recipe! Thank you!!

  6. Thank you for your recipes and info. I was only diagnosed within the last year and some of my relatives read this blog to try to have food I can eat at family gatherings!

  7. The Buckeye Brownies is the recipe I’ve been meaning to make forEVER, and since one of my New Year’s resolutions is to bake more from-scratch gluten-free food, I’m sure I’ll finally get to it soon.

Congratulations on your 1-year anniversary, and happy holidays! 🙂
